תנאי תשלום:

התשלום הינו במזומן או בצ'ק לאחר האירוח. (נדרש כרטיס אשראי לבטחון)

 

תנאי ביטול (בהתאם לחוק):

1. ניתן לבטל בתוך 14 ימים מיום ההזמנה, אך לא פחות מ-7 ימים לפני מועד האירוח, בכפוף לדמי ביטול של 5% מערך העסקה או 100 ש"ח (הסכום הנמוך מביניהם).

2. ביטול המתבצע בין 7 ימים ל - 24 שעות ממועד האירוח - יחויב ב - 50% מערך ההזמנה.

3. ביטול המתבצע בפרק זמן של 24 שעות או פחות ממועד האירוח או אי הגעה, יחוייב בעלות מלאה.

 

למרות כל האמור לעיל וכמחווה של רצון טוב, במקרה של ביטול שבו הצימר/ים יתמלא/ו לכל אותם הימים, המבטל לא יחוייב.

 

Payment is in cash or Israeli privet checks only, Credit Card is required for the reservation.

 

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation is possible within 7 days from reservation, and not less then 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation between 10 days to 24 hours prior to arrival, may result in a penalty charge processed through to your credit card to the value equal to 1 night's room rate or 50% of your total reservation sum, the larger sum between them. Cancellation less then 24 hours or failure of arrival without notice will result in a full charge.

In spite of the above, if the room will be filled for the same days - no charge will be performed.
